Born in Oswego, she was a daughter of the late Francis and Ruth (Turner) Zeller Sr. and was a graduate of the Oswego High School.
She was employed part time with Rudy' s and Zeller's Taxi.
Donna enjoyed doing the Paint by Numbers.
Surviving are her brother, Francis "Jack" Zeller Jr. of Oswego , her sister, Janice Chavoustie of Syracuse and her two cats, PK and Missy.
There are no funeral services or calling hours.
Arrangements are in care of the Dowdle Funeral Home.
