Join the Oswego County Historical Society for exciting events this weekend, Aug. 15-17!
Find treasures at the Landmark Lawn Sale and enjoy a day of free traditional Victorian games at the Family Fun Day. Events are held at the Richardson-Bates House Museum, located at 135 E. Third St., Oswego.
The Landmark Lawn Sale takes place on the south lawn of the museum on Friday and Saturday, Aug. 15 and 16 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. A variety of unique items will be for sale, including books, Oswego memorabilia, household items, collectibles, vintage jewelry, historic photo reproductions and more.
On Sunday, Aug. 17, check out the Family Fun Day from 1 to 4 p.m. Activities include free Victorian games on the south lawn of the museum, a scavenger hunt and a book giveaway. There will also be free ice cream sundaes courtesy of Stewart’s Shops.
