Born in Oswego, NY, she was the daughter of the late August and Grace (Dunsmoor) Kandt. She enjoyed her flowers, gardening, attending yard sales, playing cards and decorating for the holidays. The Matriarch of the family, she loved sharing a cup of coffee and spending time together.
Surviving are her six sons, Raymond (Dorothy) Watts; Carl (Joanne) Watts; Donald (Jo Ann) Watts; Gerald (Mireille) Watts; Dorwin (Krista) Watts; Kevin (Sue) Watts; her beloved grandchildren, Raymond (Kim) Watts Jr., Trina (Marco) Maurizio, Debbie (Rusty) Watkins, Amy (Carl Taylor) Watts, Christopher (Jill) Watts, Dakota Watts, Andrea (Collin) Antos, Karyne Kuzawski, Timothy (Angela) Watts, Sarah (Cliff Durfee) Watts, Kristen (Nicholas DePolo) Watts, Brittany (Antonio Fuentes) Watts, Stephanie Mandurano, Steven Mandurano; many great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews including special niece Elaine Eldridge; two sisters, Mabel Norris and Verna Phillips.
She was predeceased by her husband, Raymond A. Watts (1981), an infant daughter, Grace Mae Watts; grandsons, Carl Watts Jr. and Paul Watts; and sisters, Ruth Ferguson, Eileen Cuyler, and Mildred Kandt.
Funeral Services will be held 10a.m. Friday, at the Nelson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oswego Town Rural Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held 4-7 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home, 11 West Albany St. Oswego.
