Write a commentThe Granby Elementary’s Parent-Teacher Group recently sponsored its annual Donuts with Dad event the Monday morning after Father’s Day in the school cafeteria, to celebrate and engage Fulton families in their students’ time at school.
Over 350 doughnuts were ordered from Byrne Dairy for the celebration. Dads, grandfathers and other important male role models joined Granby students across all grade levels for the event. As the Fulton City School District embarks on its five-year Strategic Coherence Plan, family engagement will be one of the strategic intents of that journey. The district will seek additional ways to actively engage families.
