Don will be recreating the infamous Charles Henry Grant painting "At the Mercy of Neptune," a 9' x 5' masterpiece, that was lost to time. CH Grant was one of our nation’s most prolific maritime painters during the 19th and early 20th centuries, and was a native Oswegonian.
