     Richard Kaulfuss, of Oswego, was iheartoswego.com's 1,000 Facebook page "Like" and the recipient of a$15 gift certificate for Pizza Villa. iheartoswego.com, a website devoted completely to everything there is to find and to do in Oswego launched Nov. 4 and has been rapidly gaining momentum as the "go to" site for the Port City. Kaulfuss stopped by the I Heart Corp office, 7 W. Bridge St., to pick up his certificate from the site's editor-in-chief, Debra Lupien Robillard.
