Helen was born in Camden, NY, the daughter of the late Robert and Bernice (Darling) Bolster.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a medical transcriptionist
She is survived by her husband, Edward Pittsley of Scriba; her son, Benjamin Pittsley of Scriba; a brother, Benjamin Pittsley of Rome; three sisters, Anne Pittsley of Florida, Shirley Bolster of Oswego, and Patricia (Thomas) Copeland of Oswego; and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 Tuesday, at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, 112 East Second Street.
Memorial contributions can be made to her family, and will be used to create a memorial garden in her memory.
