We are featuring The Balloon Lady, Hayley Starr. Bring the kids and she'll make them a fun balloon animal. Hayley is famous in Oswego for her balloon art and the kids just LOVE her!
In addition, we have The Amazing Magic of Andy Wallace, Magician Extraordinaire! Andy is stylin' in a black suit, bow tie and bright red pocket handkerchief; performing feats of magic with a great big smile. The Magic of Christopher Wiehl, is alternating with Andy all day Saturday, Saturday night and Sunday. Christopher offers a different style of casual and ease while lulling you into his trickery!
