When folks arrive at the CNY Art Center in downtown Fulton, NY  to enjoy the upcoming production of “Always A Bridesmaid,” they will be viewing the sitting room of the historic Laurelton Oaks in Laurelton, VA.

Well, not really! But because of the creative efforts and hard work of Bob and Skeeter Collins, they will certainly feel like they are there.

Bob and Skeeter have once again lent their time and talents in creating a set for director Paul McKinney’s presentation of the Jones, Wooten, Hope comedy presented by the Art Scene at the CNY Arts Center. The show opens for two weekends starting on April 5th.  But lots of preparation goes into creating the magic of opening night before the lights go up.  These two dedicated theater lovers will have designed and built the set where all the action takes place.

Both Bob and Skeeter have been long-time advocates for community theater in and around Central New York for many years and willingly offer their talents when they can.  This husband/wife team are great to work with and so appreciated for all they do. As the photo shows, Bob and Skeeter are truly an amazing team.

Always a Bridesmaid” opens April 5th with 7:30 pm performances, April 5, 6, 12, 13 and matinees at 2:00 pm April 7, 14. Tickets are available by call the CNY Arts Center at 315-598-2787 or online at cnyartscenter.com. The play is presented through special arrangements with Dramatists Play Service, Inc.
