The Oswego Independence Day Parade, an exciting annual event that has been going on for over 50 years, occurred Sunday June 5th.
The parade started at 1 p.m. at the Oswego High School, and went down Bridge St. all the way to Fort Ontario. This year, the parade’s theme was historical, and the parade provided attractions for all ages, including music, floats, and other marching groups. Later that night, fireworks were shot off on Lake St.
