Write a commentJacalyn A. “Jaci” Ryan, 67 of Oswego passed away Saturday evening at her home.
She was born in Oswego and was the daughter of the late John T. and Claire Mae Hubbard Ryan.
Miss Ryan was a longtime employee of Oswego County and was an Employee Benefit Specialist when she retired in 2010.
She was educated in Oswego Schools and was a graduate of the Oswego High School and SUNY Oswego where she had taken post graduate courses over the years.
Jaci was a member of the West Baptist Church in Oswego.
Jaci will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, her positive attitude and her warm and loving spirit. She touched everyone she met with her outgoing personality.
She is survived by three aunts, Gloria Ferrell of Melbourne, FL., Shirley Lemcke of Old Saybrook, Conn., Donna Kaiser of Syracuse, several cousins including, David Hubbard, Gaby and Rick Bennett, Pam and Eric Lemcke, Kim and Mike Olbrias, Kathy and Scott Albon and one Goddaughter, Rebecca Fox.
Jaci was predeceased by her brother, John Timothy “Timmy” Ryan.
Funeral services will take place 1:00PM Thursday at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home. Calling hours 11:00-1:00PM prior to the service. Burial will be in Peck’s Cemetery.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Morningstar Residential Care Facility for the care that was provided to Jacalyn.
