Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late George and Rose (Cross) Butler.
Surviving are her daughter, Barbara (Frederick) Shuler of Baldwinsville; grandson, Dr. Frederick (Geri) Shuler of Hartford, CT; a brother, Harold Butler; three great grandchildren, Jennifer, John and Matthew Shuler; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, John Budd, her brothers, George, Leslie, Ronald, John, Warren, Reginald, Kenneth Butler and a sisters Rose Costello, Vera Henning.
Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, at St. Mary's Church. Burial will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
