Jose A. Gonzales Torres, 72, died May 14, 2016 at Oswego Hospital.
Born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Amador Gonzalez Rivas and Serapia Torres Gonzales.
Jose worked for Ferlito Farms for many years.
He is survived by his daughters, Olga Gonzales Sanchez, Elizabeth Gonzales, Leticia Gonzales, and Marilyn Gonzales; his sons, Hector Gonzalez, Edwin Gonzales, and Jose Gonzales; his brother Miguel Gonzales; and his two sisters, Carmen and Magdalena Gonzales.
Calling hours will be held 9:30-11:00 am, Thursday, at Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany St.
Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am.
Burial will take place in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
