Joseph D. Skilinskis, 67 and a resident of 151 Miner Rd. in the Town of Scriba, died Sunday June 29, 2014 at home.
Mr. Skilinskis was born in Fulton and was the son of the late Joseph and Marion Henderson Skilinskis. He was the husband of the late Constance Mason Skilinskis. He found passion in homemade engineering through crafting his own custom motorcycles and was a devout and respected mechanic. He enjoyed studying gemology with his wife and in his later years traveling with friends.
He is survived by his two daughters, Debra Elmer of Scriba and Lorie (George) Seaton of Scriba, a son Joseph W. (Irene) Skilinskis of Scriba, twenty one brothers and sisters, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held in North Scriba Cemetery on Thursday at 10:00 AM.
Calling hours will be Wednesday 5-7PM at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home 112 East Second St. Oswego, NY 13126
