Josephine A. Roach, 89 of Oswego and formerly of Hannibal passed away Monday at the Cottages at Garden Grove.
She was born in Oswego and was the daughter of the late Lawrence F. and Betty Pryor Sova.
Mrs. Roach had been employed for over 30 years at the Nestle Plant in Fulton.
She was a member of the Oswego County Women’s Bowling Hall of Fame and enjoyed the outdoors and deer hunting with her husband. She was an avid bird watcher.
Mrs. Roach is survived by two daughters Marjorie Branchau of Oswego, Helen Dumas of N. Carolina, three sons Michael Graham of Elwood Indiana, Richard Graham of Palermo, Donald Graham of Oswego, two brothers Daniel Soca of Florida, Wayne Sova of Texas, one sister Karen Sova of N. Carolina, two stepdaughters, Linda Lagoe of Oswego, Eileen Ternahan Rapid City, S Dakota, one stepson Richard Roach of Texas, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Richard A. Roach in February 2024.
A Celebration of Life will take place 2PM Saturday, August 31, at Lakeview Lanes 723 W Broadway, Fulton, NY 13069.
