Joy was born in Syracuse, NY and has been a resident of Scriba, NY. She was a kind, caring and dedicated mother.
Joy enjoyed spending time with her children. She was also very fond of her fur baby: Muckey. Joy loved flowers especially red roses.
She is survived by her husband Michael Hirsh of Granby, NY; her children: Kelly Runge, Bailey Runge, Michael Runge and Grace Runge; her parents: Jim Runge of Pennellville, NY and Joyce Patrick of Palermo, NY; her siblings: Kelly Runge and Brandy Runge and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a Celebration of Life held at the convenience of the family. There will be no Calling Hours. Burial was conducted privately. The Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton has care of the arrangements.
