In 2017 Community members donated over 240 bicycle helmets and money which allowed for additional helmet purchases in lieu of flowers to honor the late Billie Crandall Brady. Billie served as the Program Coordinator of Integrated Community Planning's (ICP) Traffic Safety Board. All helmets have been and will continue to be distributed to Oswego County children through traffic safety outreach programs. The collection for donations and helmets will end on October 22nd and on Thursday, October 24th, after a special spin class at 6:45pm, and will be turned over to the organization.
