Born in Oswego, he was the son of the late Donald and Violet (Somers) Pritchard.
He was a US Air force Veteran, serving from 1965 to 1969.
He was employed at Cook Construction in Florida. He was a heavy equipment operator and owned D & K Construction. Kevin was a NASCAR fan.
He is survived by two sons, Kevin Pritchard Jr. of Oswego; Donald Pritchard, of Oswego Town; several step-children; his sisters, Deborah Sharkey, of Fulton; Penny (Dick) Bateman, of Oswego; Valerie Downing, of Oswego Town; Marla (Matt) Berlin, of Oswego Town; Tricia (Shawn) Caroccio, of Oswego Town; Roger (Mary Anne) Pritchard, of Oswego Town; Alan (Grace) Pritchard, of Myrtle Beach; Richard (Lori) Pritchard; Darrell (Joyce) Pritchard; Gregg (Bridget) Pritchard, all of Oswego Town; two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial Services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany St. Oswego.
