Kevin T. Barry, 80, of Oswego, passed away Sunday afternoon.
He was born in Oswego, NY and was the son of the late John R. and Helen O'Neill Barry.
Mr. Barry was a veteran of the US Army and served in the 11th Airborne Division as a Paratrooper. He was a lifetime member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 328. Mr. Barry was a member of the Oswego Elk's Lodge.
He is survived by his five daughters Diane (Mark) Rachel of Oakland, CA, Linda Barry of Berkeley, CA, Marianne (Carl Wilson) Barry of Martinez, CA, Susan (Bryan) Harz of Pasadena, MD, Jennifer (Matthew Schliftman) Barry of Baltimore, MD, four sons Patrick (Amy) Donahue of Marcellus, NY, James Barry of Oakland, CA, Joseph (Theresa Clark) Donahue of Oswego, NY, David (Jennifer) Barry of Kyle,Texas, and his former wife Connie Barry of Oswego, Two brothers William (Jeanette) Barry of West Palm Beach, FL, Dennis Barry of Syracuse, NY, two sisters Mary (Ernest) Bellardini of Oswego, NY, Linda Barry of Chicago, IL, six grandchildren Cheyenne Barry, Thea Barry, Shannon Donahue, Abbey Donahue, Jesse Harz, and Marley Barry.
He was predeceased by six siblings, Evelyn Hutcheson, John Barry, Nancy Piazza, Joseph Barry, Gerald Barry, and Kathleen McDonough.
Funeral services will be Friday at 12:30PM from the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home and at 1:00PM in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.
Calling hours are Thursday 5-8PM at the funeral home.
