The Kingsford Park School Student Council partnered with the Oswego Human Concerns Center recently, by donating 42 coats they had collected.

The student council members were asked at their initial meeting this school year, to create a list of ideas for fundraisers and other ways in which they could help the school and Oswego community. The week-long Coat Drive was one of the ideas suggested by the members.

Shown pictured with KPS Student Council Advisor Beth McCauley (center), are members of the council holding the coats and jackets they collected, as well as student council officers in front row from left to right: Allison Lizotte, Treasurer; Spencer Stepien, Vice President; Thomas Back, President; McKenna Hammill, Secretary; and Erica Greene, Historian.
