Lina A. Phillips, of Oswego, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2013.
Lina worked at the Ladies Home for 25 years. After her retirement, she returned to the ladies Home for another five years. She also worked for a judge at age 17, at Sealright and at various factory jobs.
Lina enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, cooking Sunday dinners for her family, playing cards, crocheting and playing Bingo.
Lina will be greatly missed and will be forever in everyone's heart who was blessed to have known her.
Lina is survived by her sons, Terry L. Phillips, Farrell Phillips and Richard J. Phillips Sr., all of Oswego; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews; and her special friends, Deanna Carr, Kathy Bonner and Linda Burdick.
She was predeceased by her sons, Michael C. Phillips and John E. Phillips; and her grandson, John E. Phillips, Jr.
Calling hours are from 12-2 p.m., Saturday, May 4, at Nelson Funeral Home, 11 W. Albany St., Oswego.
Burial will follow in Martville Cemetery.
