Write a commentLinda J. Wheeler, 81 of Oswego passed away Saturday at the Pontiac Care and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born in Syracuse and was the daughter of the late Walter and Doris Rollin Weinke.
Mrs. Wheeler was the widow of the late Joseph E. Wheeler, Sr.
She had been employed as a Registered Nurse for many years at several local health care facilities.
Mrs. Wheeler is survived by her son Joseph E. Wheeler, II of Oswego and four grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by two daughters, Laurie Wheeler and Heather Malone.
A calling hour will take place from 9:30-10:30 AM on Tuesday October 24, at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home followed by a Memorial Service at 10:30AM.
Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
