Linda was born in Fulton, NY to the late Raymond and Lois (Haynes) Palmer. She remained a lifetime resident of Fulton, NY.
Linda was past employed with Nestles Co., Fulton for 21 years and Oswego County Opportunities, Fulton, NY before retiring from the maintenance department with the Oswego County Courts; Oswego, NY. She most enjoyed playing BINGO and Bunko.
Linda loved nature and always enjoyed watching and feeding the birds and animals that visited she and her husband’s property.
Linda is survived by her devoted husband of 32 years and sweetheart since 1975: Dale Rogers of Fulton, NY and several nieces and nephews.
A Burial with a Graveside service will be held in the spring at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Fulton. There will be no calling hours. The Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton has care of the arrangements.
