From yard sales to SUNY Oswego performances, from sporting events to benefits and church fundraisers, iHeartOswego.com wants to showcase your events on its extensive calendar.
“With fall and winter just around the corner, I Heart Oswego is asking everyone who has any type of upcoming event in Oswego, to please submit it to us for inclusion on our calendar,” said Debra Lupien, editor.
Those wishing to submit an event can do it in two simple ways.
Events may be sent to events@iheartoswego.com and the staff at I Heart Oswego will put them in the calendar or they may be just as easily added to the calendar from your home or office computer.
“To add an event yourself, simply go to our 'Events' section and click 'Submit Event,'” Lupien said. “Then just fill out the information. You can enter as much or as little as you would like. There is even the ability to add a poster or picture with the event.”
iHeartOswego.com also promotes events from its Facebook page as well.
“We have garnered quite a following on our Facebook page and every morning, a sampling of events are announced for our followers along with the link to our calendar to see them all,” Lupien added. “And don't forget we also have a separate health calendar for any health or fitness related.”
