Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Bruce Taylor and Connie (Westcott) Taylor of Oswego and had attended Oswego schools.
Mandy was employed with Walmart in both Oswego and Oregon.
She volunteered at the Oswego Salvation Army but most of all enjoyed spending time with her family.
Surviving besides her mother are her son, Bradley Scott Knapp of Dallas, Georgia, a daughter, Samantha Grace Welty of Dallas, Oregon , a brother, Mark (Colleen) Taylor of Oswego, a uncle, Larry Westcott of Florida, two aunts, Ida Robinson of Watertown, Colleen Westcott of Clayton and two nieces, Mariah Bird and Chelsea Taylor.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5-7 at the Dowdle Funeral Home with a service to follow the hours.
