Write a commentMark W. Becker, 67, of Indian Land SC, died unexpectedly, at Oswego Hospital on November 27, 2018.
Born in Fulton, he was the son of the late Walter and Mary Helen (Van Nortwick) Becker.
He was a graduate of SUNY Oswego where he received his Bachelors Degree. Mark retired as Systems Engineer at Constellation Energy. He was active in Oswego Minor Hockey and was a former super modified car owner at the Oswego Speedway. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, and softball. He was an avid hockey player, and he also enjoyed traveling.
Surviving are his wife, Kandee (Palmer), two sons, Joshua (Nicole) Becker of Cicero, Justin Becker of SC, two brothers, Steve (Jamye) Becker, Tom (Jayne) Becker of SC, a sister MaryEllen (Don) Faulkner of Michigan, grandsons Luke and Christian Becker and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held 6-8 pm Friday, November 30th at Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany Street.
