Write a commentEffective immediately, Mayor William J. Barlow, Jr. has issued a Travel Advisory in the City of Oswego due to heavy snow accumulations and white-out conditions in our immediate area.
A Travel Advisory means NO unnecessary travel on City streets, and NO PARKING on City streets between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Motorists are advised to travel with caution if they must drive and refrain from parking on City streets to assist the DPW crews in their snow removal efforts.
This Travel Advisory is effective until 6:00 a.m. Thursday, March 16, 2017. Absolutely NO PARKING on City streets on both Tuesday and Wednesday nights, March 14 & 15, 2017, between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
