Write a commentMichael Bouchard passed away peacefully engulfed in love and surrounded by his family after bravely battling pancreatic cancer for two years without complaint.
He was a lifelong resident of Oswego and was the son of the late George and Jean (Hall) Bouchard.
He had a long career with the Carrier Corporation and was a member of the Oswego Knight's of Columbus and the Oswego Yacht Club.
Mike was an avid hunter, fisherman and motorcycle enthusiast.
Surviving are the love of his life, wife, Kathleen Casaletta, devoted sisters, Elaine and Michele Bouchard, children, Mike Solazzo, Brian Solazzo and Shaylene Bouchard, several grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
He was predeceased by his sisters, Nanette, Theresa and Denise.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday from 5:00-9:00 pm at the Bridie Manor where you can share stories and memories of our beloved husband, brother, father, grandfather and friend.
Arrangements are in care of the Dowdle Funeral Home.
