This 24-hour course is designed to guide the entrepreneur through aspects of starting and running a small business.

The next classroom course will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturdays from Sept. 14 through Oct. 26 at the SUNY Oswego Phoenix Center, Oswego County Industrial Park (off of exit 14 on 481), Phoenix.
