Waterbury was last seen leaving the Oswego Hospital at approximately 8:30pm on Monday, March 10, 2025, headed south on West Seventh St. He was wearing a dark colored baseball cap, grey winter jacket, jeans, and white sneakers. He has a gray beard, is approximately 6’ tall, 200 lbs. Waterbury has several medical conditions and may need assistance. Call the Oswego Police Department 315-342-8120 with information.
Update: Thanks to the public, Mr. Waterbury has been found.
