NBCSN to Broadcast 2017 NASCAR 'Toyota Mod Classic 150' at Speedway

For the fourth consecutive season of action, national television coverage will return to Oswego Speedway.

Announced earlier today by NBC and NASCAR, NBCSN will broadcast title stretch runs for the NASCAR Whelen Modified and K&N Pro Series with this year’s NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour ‘Toyota Mod Classic’ at Oswego Speedway being included in the broadcast schedule.

The NASCAR Modifieds returned to the speedway last September for the first time since 1989 and will be back this Classic Weekend on Saturday, September 2 as part of a huge show with the ISMA Supermodifieds which will run their 60-lap ISMA ‘Supernationals’ special on the same evening.

Last year’s winner Doug Coby as well as the rest of the stars and cars of the NWMT such as Timmy Solomito, Rowan Pennik, Justin Bonsignore, Woody Pitkat, Andy Seuss, Ron Silk, Ryan Preece and more are all expected to be in attendance for the Labor Day Weekend 150-lap ‘Classic’ event presented by McDonald’s.

A full NASCAR broadcast schedule for NBCSN is available at hometracks.nascar.com. The Oswego Speedway broadcast, which will be aired on tape delay, is scheduled for Thursday, September 7th at 7pm. Check your local listings for channel information.

Oswego Speedway will be back in action next Saturday, May 6 for the speedway’s annual open testing sessions before the gates swing open for the 67th Annual ‘Opening Day’ presented by Mitchell’s Speedway Press on the following Saturday, May 13.
