Oswego Rotary Club welcomed new 2015-2016 President Dr. Richard Tesoriero at a recent Changing of the Guard ceremony. Pictured are Past President Sue Witmer handing over the gavel to local chiropractor Dr. T. Tesoriero has been a long standing member of Oswego Rotary for over two decades, has been a practicing chiropractor for 34 years and very active in the Oswego community. In his spare time Dr. T. and his wife raise sheep on their farm.
