Nyla J. Ferguson, 63, a resident of New Haven, N.Y. passed on November 10, 2015 at University Hospital.
Born in Gouverneur, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Robert and Georgiana (McKee) Reynolds. She had worked as a case worker for Social Services office in Mexico, N.Y. She was a volunteer dispatcher at McFee Ambulance service. She loved doing crafts and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband William Ferguson: a daughter, Shelly Sherman of Mexico: a son, Robert Ferguson of Sandy Creek: Three brothers, Ernest (JoAnne)Reynolds of Mexico: Mark (Bonita)Reynolds of New Haven: and Douglas (Tracey) of Florida: One sister Roberta (Rik) Young of Ohio. 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren an adopted daughter Tricia Ball of Oswego.
Graveside services will be held in the spring at New Haven Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Saturday November 21, from 2-5pm at Nelson Funeral Home 11 West Albany Street Oswego.
