Kennard A. Rath, 86, died Monday night, February 16 at Samaritan Medical Center Watertown, after a brief illness.

Christine L. Palmer, 66, a resident of Scriba, passed away February 18, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Horace H. Bullard, 89, of Granby died Thursday February 19, 2015 in Seneca Hill Manor.

Jean A. Darling, 63, a resident of Oswego passed away on February 19 at her home.

Margaret Salvadore, 77, a resident of Duer St. Oswego, passed away February 20, 2015 at the Oswego Hospital.

Daniel J. Smith, 64 of Oswego died February 17 at Upstate Medical University Hospital as a result of injuries that he sustained in an automobile accident.

Mildred E. Van Buren,102, a resident of Oswego passed away on February 16 at the Morningstar Residental Care Center.
