Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) recently presented Homeless Services Coordinator Toni Ross and Prevention Services Coordinator Ellen Lazarek longevity awards for 25 years of loyal service to OCO and its consumers.

Both are staff members of OCO’s Crisis and Development Services which includes a number of prevention, outreach, victim, and care management services, including SAF, Homeless Services, and Youth Emergency Services.
