Write a commentOswego Trinity United Methodist Church (UMC) welcomes everyone to the free will dinner on Sunday, November 2 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. or until gone.
The menu includes turkey breast, mashed potatoes, squash, vegetable, rolls, pie and beverage.
The eat-in dinner will be served downstairs. Please use the Utica Street entrance. Donations will be accepted, but never expected. The free will dinner usually occurs the first Sunday of each month starting at 4:30. The December 7 dinner will include goulash, Italian bread, tossed salad, cookies and beverage.
Trinity UMC Christmas Nu 2 U and Christmas Cookie Sale is planned for December 6 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Delicious homemade cookies will be available for sale by the pound. The Nu 2 U sale will feature winter and Christmas items such as decorations, clothing, dishes, books and items perfect for gift giving.
A portion of the proceeds will be used to buy food and toys for several families at Christmas.
Anyone wishing to donate used Christmas items may do so on December 4 and 5 from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. or call the church for arrangements.
The church is located at 45 East Utica Street, corner of East 4th and Utica, Oswego.
