The Oswego County Legislature’s Economic Development and Planning Committee presented a certificate of appreciation to Gary Toth and H. Leonard Schick to thank them for their years of service upon their retirement from the Oswego County Industrial Development Agency (IDA) Board.
Toth served on the board for 26 years, most recently as board chairman. Schick was the board’s secretary and treasurer, serving for 18 years.
