Traditionally, many groups, cities, and organizations hold an Easter Egg Hunt for the benefit of the children and their community.

Excited children search for eggs and prizes, and usually have the chance to meet The Easter Bunny. The City of Oswego and the Kiwanis offered these festive opportunities at their ever growing annual event last Saturday. An estimated crowd of over 1,100 people spent hours by beautiful Lake Ontario, enjoying the sunshine and very happy faces of all.

The Easter Bunny made an appearance, but special guests Canine Philip and The Scarlet Spider attended too and were loved by all. Dozens of “Thank you’s” were posted on Facebook to Jen Losurdo and all involved.

“Thank you, this made [my son’s] day,” Shared Regina Murphy, who referred to the photo pose with The Scarlet Spider and the day’s activities. Albert Rounds posted, “The kids especially loved Spiderman... they loved the Easter Bunny too but boys will be boys, anyways thank you.”

If you would like The Scarlet Spider at your next event, please contact him at (315) 312-0701 or at thescarletspideroswego@gmail.com. You can book online too at https://www.gigmasters.com/costumed-character/the-amazing-spiderman.
