The Oswego Music Hall begins it’s 40th Fall Season with John Gorka on September 9. Located at 41 Lake Street Oswego, the Music Hall has been offering family friendly, folk and acoustic music, to the Greater
Oswego County community since 1977.

The Music Hall offers12 events this fall: National Stage shows on Saturdays and on Fridays the Hook and Open Mics.

Line-up is as follows:

John Gorka / Emalee Herrington opens - September 9, 7:30 pm - Tickets $19 ($17 advance)

David Roth & Reggie Harris - September 23, 7:30 - Tixckets $18 ($16 advance)

David Roth strikes many chords, hearts, and minds with his unique songs, offbeat observations, moving stories, sense of the hilarious, and powerful singing and subject matter. A natural collaborator and an infinitely creative musician, Reggie shares his passion for musical interplay and improvisation with occasional partners, this time with David Roth.

Patrick Ball - October 21 - Tickets $18 ($16 advance)

One of the premier Celtic harp players in the world and a captivating spoken word artist. Plays the ancient, legendary brass-strung harp of Ireland with its crystalline, bell-like voice, and performs marvelous tales of wit and enchantment.

Three local artists share the stage performing with and off each other! They are: Savannah Harmon - Tim Herron - Larry Kyle

Open Mic Friday - November 3 - 6:00 youth; 7:00-10 :00 all ages - by donation

Nate & Kate Family Band - November 4 - Tickets $15 ($13 advance)

A vaudeville-inspired variety folk duo show featuring cello, guitar, banjo, harmonica and piano. Their performance of original songs, sing-along favorites, and hilariously impressive musical juggling routines brilliantly balances entertainment value and artistry.

Open Mic Friday - November 17 - 6:00 youth; 7:00-10 :00 all ages - by donation

Evie Ladin Band - November 18 - Tickets $18 ($16 advance)

A mingling of clawhammer banjo, guitar, bass, percussive dance and contemporary storytelling. Some of the Band’s adventurousness comes from early hip hop and Evie’s study of African roots in Appalachian music & dance.

About us

Oswego Music Hall has been presenting family friendly concerts since 1977. Originally known as the Markethouse Music Hall on Water Street, the venue is currently at the McCrobie Civic Center, 41 Lake Street. Approximately 40 events take place from September to May, primarily on three stages:

National Stage: Saturdays @ 7:30 (doors open at 6:45)

Open Mic Fridays: Same weekend as Saturday concerts. All ages & experience welcome. Local luminaries emcee. 7-10 pm with Youth Open Mic starting at 6 pm.

The Hook (six a year): Three Singer-Songwriter acts with local connection share the stage using a round robin format. Fridays @ 7:30

Tickets:

National Stage tix are $13 (advance sale) to $19 (at the door). Advance sale tix are available at the river’s end bookstore or on the website via PayPal.

Open Mic Fridays are a suggested $2 donation.

Hook shows are $12. Purchase at the door.

Membership & Season Passes

Annual membership starts at $10 (basic). Benefits include free Season Finale. Season Passes (available to members) Provides preferential seating. Fall Pass $85; Winter Pass $85; Spring Pass $70; 3-Season Pass $230.
