The Oswego Music Hall presents the trio Mad Agnes on Saturday, Dec. 6.
The show takes place at 7:30 p.m. at the McCrobie Civic Center, 41 Lake St., Oswego.
Mad Agnes, comprised of Margo Hennebach, Adrienne Jones and Mark Saunders, has won hearts on two continents with their signature intricate harmonies, compelling songwriting and passionate delivery. The genre-bending trio creates an exciting, inclusive performance, delivering new original songs, selections from their 13-album catalog, storytelling and impromptu vocal improv.
In their current iteration, Mad Agnes uses primarily one microphone around which they form in an early radio style. Their ease with one another on-stage invites the audience into their world of human connection and spontaneous fun. Their well-crafted instrumentation enthralls audiences with its use of guitars, mandolin, ukulele, piano, melodica, an inventive keyboard and three-part harmonies. The trio has performed internationally at many listening rooms and festivals.
