Write a commentPatricia A. Bivens, 67, a resident of Oswego passed away on May 31 at the Michaud Residential Health Services.
Born in Oswego, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Dorothy (France) Armstrong and was a graduate of the Oswego Catholic High School.
She was employed as a day care provider at the State University at Oswego.
Patricia enjoyed crocheting, crossword puzzles and collecting angels.
She was predeceased by her brother, Richard Armstrong.
Surviving are three sons, John McHenry of Parish, Mike (Jennifer) McHenry of Oswego, Brian Bivens of Scriba, a daughter, Jennifer Gilbo of Oswego, two sisters, Margaret Rowlee of Oswego and Kathleen Stoner of Oswego, 19 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 from the Dowdle Funeral Home.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00-11:00 prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
