Born and raised in Oswego, she was the daughter of Robert L. Sr. and Jean (Hare) Phillips.
Patricia graduated from Oswego High School and later became a Certified Nurses Aide. She was employed by Seneca Hill Nursing Home.
Patricia was a kind and giving person and was known to open her home and give people a place to stay. She loved reading, butterflies, the color purple, and catching up with friends. Patricia had a huge heart and enjoyed helping and doing for others.
Patricia is survived by her adoring husband, Antonio Peralta, her loving children Alicia Phillips (Vincent Davis) and Adam Phillips (Amber Newton), two brothers Robert (Donna) Phillips and Lawerence (Kathy) Phillips, two sisters Nancy (Tom) Bendzunas and Mary Irizarry, and ten grandchildren Leticia, Julissa, Vincent and Kristiana Davis and Camden, Nasaiah, Lilyana, Ezekiel, Kaleb, and Ezra Phillips, and great grandson Emilio Vincent Delgado.
Calling hours will be on Saturday, December 19th from One to Three O’Clock with a service to follow, at Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany Street.
