Born in Peruvemba, India, he was a son of the late Subramaniam P.N. and Logambal Shastry.
Surviving is his wife, Thaila; three daughters, Dr. Padma Ram, Girija Krishnan and Lalitha Peruvamba; and two sons, Subramaniam Perivemba and Ananthanarayanan Peruvemba.
Services will be held at 1 p.m., Sunday, April 14, at Nelson Funeral Home, 11 W. Albany St., Oswego.
