He was born in Oswego and was the son of the late Phillip and Mary Stevens Germain, Sr.
Mr. Germain was a veteran of the US Army.
Mr. Germain is survived by two brothers, Jason Germain of Oswego, Lance Germain of Phoenix, four sisters, Jeanenne ( Mike) Myers of Oswego, Monique Germain of Scriba, Nicole Germain of Oswego and Yvette (Kevin) Cuyler of Oswego.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Michael Germain
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
Arrangements are by the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.
