Write a commentThe Port City Royals ladies varsity homeschool basketball team just finished up their 2023-2024 season.
The team finished in 3rd place during the regular season but unfortunately lost in the semifinals of the playoffs to the Syracuse Lady Eagles, who are ranked 9th nationally. The team showed tremendous improvement over the 2022-2023 season where they placed last in the league and failed to make the playoffs.
The Lady Royals varsity basketball team is coached by Nathan Emmons. The Port City Royals compete in the Empire State Christian Athletic League (ESCAL), made up of small Christian private schools and homeschool sports teams throughout the finger lakes/central ny region. The Port City Royals is a homeschool sports program based out of the Oswego area offering boys and girls varsity sports in soccer, basketball and volleyball for 6th-12th grade homeschool families. The volleyball season is set to begin February 26th.
