Born in Syracuse, he was the son of the late Ralph Sr. and Ellen Dicapua.
He enjoyed riding his motorcycle with his son and working on them.
Surviving are his son, Alexander Balducci of Fulton; a granddaughter, Alessia Louise Balducci.
Calling hours will be held 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, with a service to follow, at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany St. Oswego.
