He was born in Oswego and was a junior at the Oswego High School.
Raphah was a lifeguard at the Oswego YMCA and was a lifeguard and counselor at Camp Hollis.
Surviving are his father, David J. Carroll of Baldwinsville, his grandparents, David and Helen Carroll of Oswego, a brother, Isaiah Carroll of Oswego, a sister, BaileighAnna Marie Carroll of Baldwinsville and aunts, uncles and cousins.
The Carroll family would like to thank everyone for their kindness and support during this difficult time.
Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family.
