Romance author Regina Drumm will present "A Writer's Journey: Where to Begin" at the Oswego Public Library Community Room from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 23.
Drumm will share her experiences from the conception of ideas to seeing her work in print. She will also discuss writing groups, methods, resources, conferences and publishers.
