Sandy was born in Oswego, the daughter of the late John F. Phillips and Helen (Krupa) Phillips Reidy
She was a graduate of the Rochester Business Institute.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed with the Auto Trader car sales company in Liverpool.
She is survived by a daughter, Michelle Vignari; a son, Brian Shonitsky; a brother Jack (Judi) Phillips of Oswego; a sister, Kathy Evans of Louisiana; as well as grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Sharon Topley.
At Sandy’s request, there will be no calling hours or services.
