Sandra was born in Syracuse, NY to the late Bernard and Violitta (Deuel) Clement.
She was past employed with the Onondaga County Bureau of Vital Statistics, Syracuse, NY. After retiring she enjoyed volunteering and bartending at the American Legion, Cicero, NY and the V.F.W., North Syracuse. Sandra was an avid bowler and amazing cook and baker.
She is survived by: her son John Clement of Fulton, her 2 siblings: Violitta Clement of Jordan, NY; and Fran Clement of Brewerton, NY, two grandchildren: Kyle Clement and Trisha Clement, 9 great grandchildren: Emma, Brandon, Brianna, Liam, Kayden, Richard, Ayden, Micah and Paxton and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no Calling Hours or Funeral Services. Burial will be held privately. The Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton has care of the arrangements.
